1. Exchange Eligibility:

• Items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging.

2. Exchange Process:

• Our representative will collect the item from your location.

• Once inspected and approved, you can choose another item of equal value (subject to availability).

3. Please Note:

• Refunds are not available.

• Items showing any signs of use or returned without original tags/packaging will not be accepted.
